CDL A Truck Driver- Regional/Local
HFO Logistics is looking for Class A CDL drivers for our regional/local truck driving routes offering reliable, consistent home time and loads. Responsibilities:
· 100% No Touch FTL Freight- Mostly Hopper Bottom, Dry Van, Tanker
· Live Load currently but transitioning to Drop & Hook
· Monday-Friday- No weekends required- Could be overtime offered
· Home most days of the week- could be out 1-3 days max
· Motive ELD System and Fuel Cards
· Late model Freightliner Cascadia trucks
Qualifications:
· 2 years of recent consecutive verifiable Class A driving experience
· Ability to stand, kneel, walk, squat, push, pull, climb stairs, sit for extended periods of time, and lift 50lbs
· Ability to operate landing gear, crank handles, and other required equipment
· Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (i.e. traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
· Extensive knowledge of and ability to follow DOT compliance, rules, and regulations
· Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ELD systems/electronic logs
· Satisfactory safety and employment history
· Must be able to pass a MVR, criminal background check, FMCSA PSP, FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query, and a DOT drug screen
· The ability to obtain a TWIC card and Tanker Endorsement
Compensation:
· $30/hr plus overtime at 1.5x after 40 hrs/week
· Paid Bi-Weekly
· Orientation and continued Paid Training - $30/hr
